Made with love in Boulder City, NV.

I’m a professional Pastry Chef from Los Angeles with twelve years of experience at restaurants large and small. But the experience closest to my heart will always be the little neighborhood bakery I ran in Culver City. When I decided to relocate to Boulder City, I thought another little neighborhood bakery wouldn’t be far behind.

And then a global pandemic hit.

2020 was full of ups and downs. Lots of downs. But one thing that has always cheered people up is good food. More specifically… dessert! Since it’s hard to come together at parties or over the dinner table like we used to, I had an idea. Maybe we don’t need a neighborhood bakery. We just need sugar. And a little help from the United States Post Office.

So here I am. Starting back up again, this time from my new home of Boulder City, Nevada. But able to reach as far as the Post Office will carry baked goods. So join me in sending a little bit of chocolate love in a box.

You won’t regret it.
